Bookkeeper

As a result of continued growth and opportunity, we are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented candidates who possess strong people skills, maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively and are available to start in early 2019.

Working as part of our Outsourced Accounting Solutions team, this individual's responsibilities will include performing a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities including, but not limited to, all basic accounting, accounts payable processing, payroll processing, cash receipts and bank reconciliations.

  • Associates Degree or equivalent certification required;
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience;
  • Advanced Quickbooks Online skills required;
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills required especially Excel, and
  • com, Expensify, various payroll apps, and other bookkeeping and office automation applications a plus.
