SNI Companies is partnered with a company who is looking for a full time, qualified COLLECTIONS individual. This is a salaried, non-manager position. This person will serve in an important capacity within our company, with constant communication with upper management about the status of accounts. Commercial Collections experience is a must!
Responsibilities Include:

  • Telephone and email outreach to current customers
  • Review reports on accounts requiring attention with regard to all collection issues
  • Develop, maintain, and solidify business relationships with companies
  • Use of various databases and software programs to obtain and communicate information to customers, management, co- workers, and legal entities
  • Inbound/outbound contact to resolve problems with various constituents
  • Attend meetings with management to review the status of collection accounts
  • Data entry of customer information
  • Prioritize tasks in an effective and efficient manner


Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications Required:

  • Knowledge of skip-tracing
  • Lexis Nexis software experience
  • Results driven and persistent
  • Efficient time management skills and a quick learner
  • Ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Be able to handle tough situations calmly and professionally
