Job Description

Responsibilities of the Commission Analyst

Manage compensation plan and hierarchy.

Compensation transaction review and reconciliation.

Review and process sales credit adjustments.

Process monthly and quarterly commission payments.

Manage teaming agreements.

Sales credit and commission reconciliations.

Respond to compensation-related inquiries.

Assist with sales orders.

Support the continuous development and implementation of compensation and commission process improvements.

Develop and conduct commissions and compensation trainings.

Other duties as assigned.

Commission Analyst Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business required.

1-2 years of accounting or finance analysis experience.

MS Office Suite experience, with proficiency in Excel and Word.

ERP systems knowledge.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Can work independently and as part of a team.
