Job Description

One of our valued clients in the Greater Andover area is seeking a Commissions Analyst to add to their finance team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail oriented.
Provide support and analysis of sales commissions to other company locations and managers
Analyze sales commission changes to ensure compliance with sales compensation plan while adhering to company's policies and procedures
Review corporate policies and procedures to ensure guidelines for compensation plans are being adhered to
Reconcile sales commission payouts while adhering to company policy
Review accuracy of commissions
Create reports for managers to review monthly and quarterly sales
Run weekly sales reports
Prepare reports to track and review new sales and new products
Other general administrative duties
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least three years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of A/S 400 a plus
Must be detail oriented
Must possess strong communication skills
Experience within a corporate work environment a plus
