Compliance Associate needed for client at Global Insurance Company in Princeton, New Jersey.
Primary Responsibilities of Position

  • Conduct verification of identity and potential fraud investigations that are escalated to the Compliance Department. This includes, but is not limited to, review of restricted party screening potential matches and suspicious claims.
  • Lead verification of identifying and understanding clients/customers for program enhancement project. Interview business teams to identify areas for improvement and record results in a manner that will allow senior management to make business decisions concerning the project.
  • Assist Compliance Director with developing compliance communications and training for staff.
  • Conduct compliance audits of internal business units, analyze results and draft appropriate action plans if deficiencies are discovered.
  • Partner with business teams to collect data for internal/external reports.
  • Complete and submit regulatory filings to insurance authorities and correspond with regulators for guidance on state specific matters when necessary.
  • Assist Compliance Director with implementing company policies and procedures by identifying responsible parties, developing action plans and ensuring that tasks are met for roll out.


  • Lead project management experience (2-3 years) required.
  • Attention to detail is essential for this position.
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Insurance, compliance, legal, risk or audit experience preferred.
