SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Accounting Admin for a client in the construction industry, on the northwest side of town near Maitland.

Must have experience with the following:
- Receptionist duties including answering phones, filing and greeting customers
- Accounts Payable- Job Coding
- Accounts Receivable- Send out past due notices, customer billing
- Assist with HR duties including; new hire paperwork & workers comp claims
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Outlook, and Word

$15 an hour starting pay
Full time; Monday-Friday during regular business hours
