SNI Companies is looking for an Office Manager/Cost Accounting Bookkeeper for a well known construction company in Jacksonville, Florida.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cost Accounting Bookkeeping experience in a Construction environment
  • Maintain a reliable office presence during business hours
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Assist with proposals and coordination of vendors
  • control corporate communications with job-site personnel, client calls/inquiries and subcontractors
  • Function as support for management by managing the corporate calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing travel arrangements and draft letters/memos
  • Cost Accounting/Invoicing through Quickbooks

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or Associates preferred
  • 2-3 years equivalent experience in the construction industry
  • Cost Accounting experience
  • Quickbooks
