Job Description

Position Summary
Ensure that clients, attorneys and court personnel receive prompt, excellent customer service. Ensure department standards are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities include a wide range of tasks as assigned, staff and client oversight and working well independently. Some of the responsibilities are outlined below:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish excellent rapport with court personnel - judges, attorneys, bailiffs, probation, clerks
  • Develop monitoring and drug testing model for courts in all available counties
  • Install equipment, monitor, collect payment from clients
  • Provide compliance reports and alerts to judges, attorneys, probation, and other parties as required
  • Monitoring to judges, attorneys, probation
  • Track clients and equipment
  • Order inventory and track as needed
  • Assist courts as needed
  • Assist Accounting with budgeting and forecasting

  • Performance Indicators: Completing tasks in a timely manner. Ensuring timely receipt of payment. The overall performance of the department will reflect on key management reports and feedback from courts, attorneys, and clients.

    Major Responsibilities and Activities

    • Use effective communication to coach, motivate, and counsel staff and clients. Ensure that department performance meets or exceeds established performance standards and goals.
    • Use effective communication and presentations to educate judges, attorneys, probation and other court professionals on the benefits of monitoring services.
    • Provide ongoing feedback and reporting to ensure trust and compliance within Roche Monitoring Services.
    • Respond, investigate, and resolve questions/complaints from judges, attorneys, probation, and clients in a timely manner.
    • Ensure budget is met.
    • Collect payments from clients.
    • Travel to jails as needed to install monitors.
    • Testify regarding testing and monitoring results and compliance
    • Perform other duties as necessary.

    Minimum Position Requirements
    Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
    Experience: Two to Three years managing a small department of 5 or less employees. Sales/Marketing.
    Travel: Local travel required up to 30%
    Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with very limited after hour needs
