SNI Companies is hiring several Credentialing Coordinators for a fast-paced, growing client in Jacksonville. This role will offer a competitive compensation range and start immediately!

Responsible for provider and payer credentialing, credentialing renewals and staff license tracking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for the confidential maintenance and accuracy of all provider credentialing files in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensures all credentialing paperwork for licensed staff is received and filed appropriately.
  • Builds rapport with licensed staff and collaborates to obtain required licenses and credentialing documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintains staff licenses and tracks renewal dates and expirations.
  • Completes all credentialing and re-credentialing for providers, submits applications with strict adherence to deadlines, monitors applications, and follows up as needed.

  • Updates credentialing databases, CAQH, and provider files as required.
  • Provides rosters and reports on credentialing data, delays, and ongoing issues.
  • Participates in the Mid-Cycle Self-Assessment as directed by accreditation requirements.
  • Identifies improvements in processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency in credentialing process. Designs and implements new processes.
  • Maintains credentialing packets to all current required data collection within the applicable governing regulations.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of one year payer credentialing experience or similar experience.

Language/Communication:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and manage relationships with various vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Must be able to maintain high standards of confidentiality and practice ethical communication.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Ability to pull reports from various systems and manipulate data as necessary.

Other:

  • Able to gather and analyze data and organize into reports.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Relentless follow-up ability.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and travel as required.
  • Healthcare experience including record keeping and credentialing for licensed staff is required.
