About the Role:
This position is responsible for handling the distribution and movement of our products to the customer.
What you'll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
  • Order processing.
  • Support outside sales team.
  • Assist customers in writing specifications for architectural projects.
  • Inventory planning to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Resolution of issues that may arise.

Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experienced with social media platforms for lead generation and lead follow-up
  • Experienced with lead tracking software, spreadsheets, inventory management, and email
  • Experienced with technical support to end users

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Detail oriented to track projects and leads
  • Customer calling to turn leads into sales
  • Order processing and inventory management
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word
