Local business is seeking a Customer Service Claims Representative to join our growing team to support internal staff and process customer claims. This is NOT a call center environment.

Job Description and Requirements:

We are looking for a dependable team player with problem solving skills who can also work independently. Time management, strong organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks and follow up on outstanding items are a must for this position. The proven ability of effective written and verbal communication to staff and customers is required for this position. Must have basic to proficient skill knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting sales staff, responding to customer inquiries, filing and submitting customer claims, timely customer correspondence, order entry and tracking, and other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
