Call Center Representative -- Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls to set appointments
  • Making outbound calls to set appointments
  • Tracking daily phone calls
  • Follow up and answering return calls/emails
  • Sales
  • Other related duties as assigned


Skills/Requirements:

  • Able to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to a potential client.
  • Must be able to take directions.
  • Prior experience in making out-bound calls a plus.
  • Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Good work ethic and reliable transportation a must.
