SNI is on the lookout for Call Center/Customer Service Specialists to work for our growing client near DFW Airport. If you have excellent customer service and basic computer skills then you meet the qualifications to work for a premier DFW company offering frequent raises, great benefits and an exceptional culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer client inquiry calls/emails in a timely manner. Use effective listening and communication skills to determine client needs. Use a proactive, helpful approach to ensure customer satisfaction. Optimism is also key
  • Enter complete notes on all files.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy on processing requests
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work appropriately
  • Ability to maintain department production and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable navigating a computer and learning new software
  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required

Compensation will start at $12/hr with frequent raises. You could expect to be as high as $15/hr within 6 months of starting if you have good attendance and perform well. Apply today for immediate consideration!
