Specific Customer Service Rep duties:

* Providing direct customer support, through phone and email inquiries
* Providing reports regarding customer inquiries
* Responding to all Customer Inquiries
* Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction and adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
* Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Job Requirements

For this Customer Service position we are seeking multiple Business-Minded, self- motivated and polished individuals who are comfortable and poised in a variety of business settings.

Specific Customer Service Rep requirements:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Microsoft Office experience (Specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
