Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answers and directs incoming customer inquiries across all available contact channels in an accurate, timely, and professional manner; provides quality customer service to internal and external customers; identifies opportunities to grow the business by recognizing customer needs and by mentioning features and benefits of bank retail and loan products and services. Researches and analyzes customer issues and responds within established guidelines. Takes ownership of Customer concerns and resolves Customer issues at first point of contact.
The following skills, experience or background are necessary for this position:
Customer Service Specialist applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or the financial industry. Additionally, knowledge of bank's computer programs/software in the areas of retail and lending, as well as a demonstrated commitment to customer service, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. CFT or additional college courses preferred.
