Attention Executive Administrative Assistants! I have a client in need of a highly qualified Executive Administrative Assistant to support their Executive team. The Executive Assistant will support executive schedule coordination with managing calendar and appointments, including meetings, conference calls and conference room arrangements for multiple executives. The EA will coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive team. The Executives Assistant will screen the executive's phone calls and mail.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive schedules
  • Coordinate Executive travel arrangements
  • Preparation of presentations and charts using PowerPoint and Visio
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of various data reporting in MS Excel
  • Assist in the analysis of operational information about the company and potential M & A opportunities including maintenance of Google Earth Target Property lists and preparation of target property information summaries and binders
  • Gather target market research, summarize and present it to the business development team and executives
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to travel overnight
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Coordinate project-based data flows to support the business development team
  • Assist as necessary with the preparation, registration and other activities associated with Company meetings


  • Bachelor's Degree is required with a major in accounting, finance or business administration preferred
  • Highly driven and strong personal motivation
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical and financial analysis skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Effective at working both as an individual and in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with the latest computer technology, particularly Microsoft Office (strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required), Visio and Google Earth
  • Experience in working with cloud-based data sharing sites is a plus
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via client applications
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, color vision and peripheral vision
