Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR generalist/office manager for one of our Top clients in the Bloomington area.

If you are passionate about HR operations and you would like to give your contribution in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you.

Duties:

  • Maintain and update employee files
  • Maintain their training documents and keep the training records
  • Keep track of time cards for their temporary employees (They use a lot of temps during 4th quarter)
  • Supporting all their business units with miscellaneous projects
  • Ordering office supply's
  • Organizing staff lunches from time to time
  • Other HR duties as assigned
  • More responsibility will be added as she gets comfortable
  • Work independently
  • General recruiting duties
  • Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
  • Contacts applicants' references and performs background checks required by company
  • Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Fun out-going personality required
