Job Description

Our client is searching for an HRIS Administrator to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ongoing management and audit of employee data, documentation, and system settings including maintenance of personnel files as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage security administration for HRIS.
  • Perform department configuration changes, testing, and implementation of new HR modules
  • Work with HR personnel and managers to confirm employee changes and discrepancies.
  • Upkeep of system upgrades and train HR team on new functionality.
  • Create,maintain, and distribute ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Field and respond to employee questions pertaining to various HR related issues.
  • Assist with benefits open enrollment process, if needed.


  • 1-3 years' experience with Human Resources and HRIS systems.
  • Ultimate/UltiPro Software experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to independently prioritize assignments.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter that possess a strong desire to seek optimal solutions and share discovery with colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate and relate effectively with all levels of employees.
