Job Description

Primarily responsible for troubleshooting user IT support requests. Applicants will also be responsible for assisting in Windows System Administration and small-business class networking. The small business environment requires a broad knowledge of all areas of IT. Applicants will gain exposure to server infrastructure, enterprise class networking, Windows System Administration, Windows Domain Administration, and several internal utilities to manage deployments, patching, and documentation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex technical issues. Applicants should have a broad knowledge of devices, software, and peripherals.
  • Provide maintenance of the Windows Environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting users company-wide.
  • Promptly respond to user service requests, emails, and phone calls.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including, but not limited to, passwords management, troubleshooting network issues, printers, scanners, shop floor terminals, software, etc.
  • Provide updates, status, and completion information to management to support a team environment
  • Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software


  • 2 years of experience in Information Technology support or a related field
  • Background in business network troubleshooting
  • Ability to resolve basic technical problems
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server administration
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge
