Job Description

Our client is looking for a well-organized Customer Service/Logistic Coordinator. This candidate needs to be fluent in Spanish and able to speak with clients in South America/Caribbean Island. Below are some of the responsibilities.

  • Guide and support Customer Service organizations in the different countries in the Area Central America & Caribbean
  • Review invoicing process in the different countries of Central America
  • Ensure the "48-hour rule" for release of the Maritime Transport Document (MTD) is respect
  • Run reports to guide the different offices regarding quality: incomplete shipments, reset shipments and shipment quality
  • Answer queries related to customer service about our clients website
  • Act as a contact between Agents' Point of entry (POE) and INTTRA contacts.
  • Verify INTTRA and web registration, business systems match codes/mapping requests.
  • Control internal Customer Services processes within LCA (Overdue equipment, abandon cargo, outstanding revenues, detention/demurrage, productivity reports, invoice cancellation)
  • Shows persistent enthusiasm in customer interactions. Question potential customers to determine and anticipate their needs.


  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Self-starter with high affinity to work with figures
  • Bachelor degree in transport or related field a plus
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel
  • Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
  • Good time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to engage with customers
