Job responsibilities:

  • Answering busy phone lines
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Making reminder calls
  • Acting as backup for front desk staff using EPIC EMR
  • Other assigned duties as needed
  • Covering the front desk during lunch times
  • Covering opening and closing shifts as needed

College diploma preferred as well as a minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
