Job Description

Busy office is looking for a FULL TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT with positive, friendly, efficient attitude. Employees in this job perform a variety of general office duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have 1-2 years of office experience. MUST have QuickBooks in order to be considered for this position.

  • Perform duties including making copies, scanning documents, filing, mailings, retrieving and various documentation, and telephone communication.
  • Answer department telephone with professional etiquette, take messages, and handle incoming calls appropriately and efficiently.
  • Create and assist with written correspondence

  • QuickBooks experience is a must

  • Ability to work in a creative, fast paced, team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism.
  • Must interact with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy; possess strong interpersonal skills, and a customer service focus
  • Able to maintain complex workload and set priorities.
