Responsibilities

  • Field telephone calls
  • Organize word processors, files, and faxes
  • Assist other employees with diverse projects
  • Receive and tend to visitors
  • Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
  • Microsoft Word experience highly desired
  • Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
  • General familiarity with telemarketing
  • Background working with filing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of back office support
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Office supply and equipment ordering experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Numeric data entry experience highly preferred
  • Practical knowledge of data entry
  • Adeptness in Microsoft Excel
  • Earlier work involving copying
  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
  • At least 1 year of Office Management experience preferred
