Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk, reception and phone coverage.
  • Manage all mail, shipping, and courier accounts
  • Responsible for all off-site printing needs and delivery
  • Update and maintain all internal office documents
  • Maintain and order all office supplies.
  • General word processing
  • Respond to and direct incoming inquiries
  • Act at IT support and submit help-desk tickets

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2-5 years work experience
  • An Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively, prioritizing efforts as needed
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
