Job Description


We have an exciting position for an Office Manager in our busy, client-focused office. We are seeking a candidate who has strong leadership abilities to support various Operations and Accounting functions.
Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide support where needed.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service for all payment issues, refunds, adjustments
  • Maintain and establish relationships with vendors
  • assist in invoice processing
  • research and provide data for month end closing, cash posting and reconciliations


Requirements:

  • Proven 2 to 4 years of experience as an Office Manager with exposure to Customer Service and Accounting activity.
  • Knowledge of billing and collections
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • 4 year Business college degree preferred


This is a full time position, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm and the salary is commensurate with experience.
