Job Description


Our client located in Pembroke Park, Florida, who is seeking a bilingual Order Processing Clerk. Our client offers competitive pay and health benefits.
The Order Processing Clerk is required to enter a high volume of invoices on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must be able to type at least 40 WPM along with completing a variety of customer service tasks related to responding to email and telephone inquiries:

  • Processing customer purchase order into our ERP system.
  • Provide timely order confirmation on all processed purchase orders.
  • Prepare and file hard copy documentation on all orders.
  • Respond to customer expedite or "push-out" requests.
  • Coordinate timely shipments to meet customer requested dock dates.
  • Prepare international shipping documents.
  • Timely processing of invoices for all shipments.


Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry.
  • Tracking of customer complaints and RMAs.
  • Processing of sample part request.
  • Coordinating order fulfillment with Production Manager.
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
