Our client in the Northbrook, IL area is seeking to bring on individuals for a temp to hire contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast paced environments, with the proven ability to up-sell while utilizing persuasive skills. Will have clear communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities

  • Contact clients and up-sell products.
  • Set up appointments for new prospective clients
  • Handle high volumes of phone calls - 100 - 200 call daily.
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Provide top of the line customer service ensuring customers will love to speak to you!
  • Represent the company in the upmost professional way.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service in a call center setting.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of customer service.
  • Proven up selling skills - sales associate, etc.
  • HS diploma/equivalent.
