Job Description

HOURLY PAY: $14-$16/hr


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update payroll tracker
  • Process payroll transactions, and prepares payrolls for review, approval and submittal to the Payroll Manager
  • Reviews timesheets and source documents for inaccuracies
  • Primary client contact for expense reimbursement and payroll processes
  • Process time sensitive payment requests in a high volume department
  • Review weekly expense reports and prioritize work
  • Generate invoices, ensuring they match the tracker
  • Audit, process, and approve consultant expenses per client and company policy
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients
  • Meet quality and timeliness metrics
  • Adhere to established operating procedures and accounting controls
  • Other projects as assigned


EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred
  • 2-5 years relevant experience preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
  • Experience with ADP and Great Plains is helpful
