Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking a competent, experienced payroll specialist to join the team of our growing client in Jacksonville. In this position you will primarily be administrating and processing payroll on a bi-weekly and monthly basis, as well as benefit enrollment and reconciliation.

  • Completes all aspects of payroll processing and tax reporting
  • On-boarding of new hires
  • Answer benefits questions and resolve escalated issues
  • Timely distribution of communication related to compliance and reporting requirements
  • Timely processing of workers' compensation claims
  • Reconciliation of monthly insurance invoices
  • Maintain records including consolidated individual personnel/payroll files in accordance with record retention guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, business or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in payroll, timekeeping and/or human resources
  • Proficient in MS Office required
