Responsibilities

  • Be an expert on timekeeping procedures and corresponding payroll systems
  • Provide payroll audit prior to payroll processing.
  • Audit and reconcile time received
  • Maintain positive working relationships
  • Provide answers to general payroll questions and address issues that may arise in a timely manner


Required Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role required
  • Experience in Payroll or Human Resources preferred
  • Experience with Great Plains preferred but not required
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills, interacts well with multiple departments as required
  • Detail oriented
