SNI Companies and Accounting Now have partnered with a major retailer in Chicago's western suburbs. They are seeking a payroll coordinator for a long term engagement with the potential to convert to permanent at the end of the year!
What skills should the payroll coordinator have?

  • Minimum 3 years processing payroll and wage garnishments
  • Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel, Access strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll applications


What will the payroll coordinator be responsible for?

  • Enter wage increases, employment status changes, department transfers, union compliance and pay adjustments into ADP
  • Complete federal and state wage garnishment processes
  • Communicate with all internal teams
  • Prepare hourly reconciliations
  • Process payroll for 100+ employees
