SNI Companies is currently hiring a Payroll Processor in Clearwater Florida:
OVERVIEW: The Payroll Processor is responsible for providing payroll processing services with the end result of delivering accurate and timely paychecks to employees, while adhering to company policy and processing deadlines. The Payroll Processor I must also support and be able to serve as the back up for the other positions in the payroll department. This position requires maintaining confidentiality at all times.

KEY TASKS:

  • Payroll Reporting/Analysis
  • Reconcile payroll balance sheet accounts
  • Manage weekly payments and ACHs related to benefits, stock options and 401K contributions
  • Manage weekly overtime reporting KEY RESULT AREAS:
  • Accurate, consistent and timely payroll processing in accordance with established deadlines and policies.
  • Effective communication to all team members and outside vendors.
  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to all payroll related questions.
  • Ensure payroll information is kept confidential at all times.

  • Review time reporting records for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are received for time edits and timecard finalization.
  • Create TimeSaver IDs for new team members and manage user access to ensure only authorized team members have access to make changes.
  • Review user access files for terminated TMs and other changes in personnel and communicate to current process owner.
  • Calculate service technician efficiency pay and send to managers for review.
  • Process and monitor garnishment orders and verifications of employment.
  • Process payroll changes entered by HR in ADP.
  • Import all payroll items including regular pay, service technician pay, expense reimbursements, commissions, bonuses, etc. into the payroll system.
  • Compile weekly payroll submissions of commissions, bonuses, F&I comp, and other non-standard pay.
  • Maintain proper backup for all payroll entries.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
  • Process manual payroll checks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
