Job Description


Our office is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator who is going to help with processing payroll as well as other payroll & office manager related duties. We are looking for candidates who have experience using ADP Duties include:

  • collecting, compiling, entering, and processing payroll data
  • calculating and posting payroll deductions
  • issuing statements of earnings and deductions and reconciling employee deductions
  • investigating and correcting payroll discrepancies and errors
  • updating payroll records and processing new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions
  • addressing employee's pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information


Other skills and qualities useful for this position:

  • solid data entry and Microsoft Excel skills
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy are a must
  • accounts payable experience
  • some HR and benefits functions
