Job Description

This person will work closely with Accounts Receivable, Sales and Customer Service to manage pricing related activities such as processing customer credits and debits, review customer invoices for accuracy, troubleshoot and resolve customer short payments, and process billing for service related activities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Enter Customer Pricing
  • Work with Customer Service and Sales to resolve customer pricing discrepancies
  • Review customer invoices on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of pricing
  • Credits and debits for export and domestic customers
  • Update department documentation for any future process changes
  • Processing export commissions and billing
  • Investigate customer short payments with AR and Sales Representatives; and process credits
  • Work with AR to research and resolve all deductions taken by customers on invoices
  • Service billing transactions
  • Export Commission Processes


  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office - especially Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of JDE a plus
