PROJECT COORDINATOR needed for scientific manufacturing company in the Mercer County, NJ area.


SUMMARY: Coordinate the paperwork workflow between multiple Project Coordinators in Project Coordination Departments.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entering job costing into internal database
  • Reviews field service staffs expense reports to ensure they meet policy and are costed to the correct job
  • Order Importation process into internal database
  • Assigning order to appropriate Project Coordinator
  • Assists Project Coordinators with general neesd of the field service staff
  • Backs up Project Coordinators when away from the office


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
