Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

The appropriate candidate will have the skills to:

  • Understand the needs of the client's accounting and other processing transactions which requires frequent communication with the client via telephone or video conferencing and email
  • Document the process to be performed for collating the procedures learned via video training, conference calls, documentation from the client, and contract specifications
  • Create detailed work instruction manuals for training the team to perform these transactions per contract and client details,
  • Be capable to personally process transactions and data files with complete accuracy and on time deliveries
  • Train staff to perform client transactions as per Work Instructions
  • Manage the overall project processing by our clients team by tracking the deliveries, performing quality checks and updating daily log reports
  • Take corrective action when procedures/processes need to change to improve performance within our clients team


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Be willing to work in a small team, or independently, in a quiet work environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills,
  • Have an energetic, positive work ethic with an emphasis on customer satisfaction



Education:
BS in Business, with a focus in accounting (must have 4-year degree)

Skills needed:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of common accounting processes: such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, approval processes and other transactional processing.
  • Solution oriented- ability to find a solution to a client's problem
  • Quality, accuracy and deadline focused
  • Computer Skills: Computer knowledge. Key board skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of some formulas is desired), proficient in Microsoft Word, understanding of popular general ledgers and accounting software
  • Be able to pass a detailed background screening for security: Samples of issues that could prevent clearance acceptance: prosecutions, convictions, bankruptcy, possession of illegal substances, DUI etc.
  • Be able to manage and meet multiple project deadlines
  • Ability to train others on the team
  • Ability to comprehend and summarize content from various document
