Job Description

Our Lawrence, MA manufacturing client is hiring for a PURCHASING CLERK to join their team.

  • Prepares and manages purchase orders
  • Perform timely purchase order administration and expediting
  • Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories
  • Work closely with A/P and Project Managers to quickly resolve problem invoices and remit for payment within an acceptable time frame
  • Maintain vendor lists
  • Keep tracking reports related to all purchases
  • Responsible for coordinating will calls for materials from vendors

Experience with SAGE is a plus, MS Excel is a must!
