Recruiter (Contract - Hire)
We are seeking highly motivated and results oriented Contract to Hire Recruiter for our Temporary Service Teams who recruit for Office, Administrative, Legal, IT, and Accounting Professionals. We are small team under the umbrella of a much larger public organization who is highly motivated and committed to growing our business and team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting - including sourcing, screening, and candidate management through the offer process to their first day
  • Use employer branding and social media strategies to attract top talent to the organization
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of top notch candidates while identifying and developing solutions for any gaps identified in the talent pipeline
  • Participate in the evolution of our recruiting strategies and processes. Bring best practices and innovative ideas and experience to our talent acquisition activities

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in sourcing, screening and selection of top talent
  • Proven relationship building skills with positive results
  • An established network in the advertising agency space is a huge asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other strategic sourcing tools preferred
  • Demonstrated credibility with business leaders with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment; must be extremely organized, detail oriented, flexible and able to multi-task
  • Optimism and agility
  • Collaborative, proactive customer focused mindset and negotiation skills required
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately


  • Must have 1 year of full life-cycle, high volume recruitment experience with a focus on recruiting in the Office or Accounting space.
  • Experience recruiting talent in the IT industry is a plus
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (bullhorn)
  • Must be extremely ambitious and willing to make over 75-100 Calls a Day
