Job Description

We are looking for a Pricebook Coordinator to join the team of a rapidly growing company. The right candidate will have software integration experience, detail oriented, and analytical. The chosen candidate for this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the manager in overseeing the Pricebook, implementing the data into other systems such as accounting or POS Systems, and generating data
  • Working across various department and contacts such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other retail related contacts
  • Implement procedures and ensure the streamline across multiple departments
  • Oversee Sales Department publications to ensure consistency to Pricebook data
  • Oversee individual retail store discrepancies such as invoice entry issues and scanning errors and make or delegate necessary corrections
  • Communicate with category managers and vendors to receive timely information such as pricing date, invoices, and web information
  • Maintain merchandise inventory lists
  • Manage new item reports
  • Work closely with AP to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Oversee gross margin targets
  • Produce monthly reports


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of Pricebook experience specifically in the retail industry working with retail category structures
  • Experience with POS systems retail accounting systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in connecting with peers and senior level management
  • Creative and efficient problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding highly sensitive financial data
  • Previous convenient store retail experience is a plus!
