Job Description


The successful candidate will have attributes in keeping with company ethos - professional, hands-on, and results driven. They will need to lead from the front to achieve success, but also work closely with their colleagues to help drive the business plan to a successful outcome.
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), which includes but is not limited to Revenue, Gross Profit, and new Business Development
  • Tailor solutions and sales messages to meet customers' needs and continually follow-up to capture additional business and opportunity
  • Proactively build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and explore growth opportunities to improve Revenue and Gross Profit
  • Acquire market intelligence and provide feedback on potential products, prices, etc.
  • Adapt sales messages and provide solutions to meet customer needs
  • Drive market share for generic products through strong customer account management and identify growth opportunities to provide value and increase account retention
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours and travel internationally, as needed, in order to meet sales objectives


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or life sciences
  • Advanced competence of spoken and written English, with high attention to detail
  • Experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry, preferred
  • A good understanding of what is required to maintain and develop productive relationships with both colleagues and customers
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to drive sales and motivate to deliver beyond expectations
  • A can-do, problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure to produce results
  • A proficiency in telesales and/or cold-calling
  • High level of personal integrity, determination and self-motivation
  • Extremely organized, with a sense of urgency and the ability to work to deadlines and manage own workload
