Responsibilities:
* Work with the Administrator team in support of all Salesforce related tasks and projects
* Learn features and requirements of new releases of Salesforce and related applications
* Identify, design, build, test and deploy solutions related to Salesforce and related applications
* Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce end-user issues and participate in the testing, deployment, documentation and training of these releases
* Documentation of business and functional requirements
* Project management activities, including working with internal and external project resources
* Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes in CRM platform
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly evolving requirements
