Job Duties

  • Process, audit and post weekly cash and sales for all companies
  • Prepare and reconcile bank deposit lists to cash and sales reports
  • Complete monthly sales/use tax returns
  • Process and record credit card payments
  • Post daily payments to General Ledger system
  • Participate in A/R collection process
  • Act as a liaison for customers/vendors to reconcile discrepancies
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing process as needed by preparing journal entries and researching outstanding items
  • Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information
  • Participate in system maintenance and upgrades
  • Interact with external clients, vendors and auditors as needed
  • Other duties as assigned or necessitated by business needs


  • 2-4 years of relative accounting experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience with Great Plains a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience in Foodservice industry a plus
  • Must be ethical and honest and maintain confidentiality
