Supply Chain Coordinator
Contractor needed for client in Mercer County, NJ to support Supply Chain division. This position needs someone that brings administrative experience with some project management skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management - create/track/revise project timelines and related action plans
Contract Management - assist in the creation and iteration of supply agreements and other contracts for Operations/Supply Chain
Financial & Data Analysis - structure/manipulate/evaluate financial and/or Operations data to summarize and propose conclusions
Presentation Development & Overall Communications - develop ideas or stories into cohesive presentations for delivery - as well as written communication material
Some travel planning, calendar management, and expense reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity or experience with contracts
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain and/or Operations
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • BS in Business, technical field
  • Experience in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare setting - specific to Operations/Supply Chain a plus
