Job Description

The SNI Companies is partnered with a growing organization seeking a Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager. The right candidate will be highly organized, works well with ambiguity, and capable of tracking the recruiting and onboarding process from to end. A recruiting, administrative or executive assistant background is highly preferred.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure proper candidate documentation, conduct phone interviews, schedule in-person interview, make travel arrangements, administer drug tests, background checks, and ensure completion of candidate documentation
  • Track the hiring process from initial candidate selection to onboarding, including coordinating training and orientation
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and UltiPro to track candidates in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Maintain responsibility for hiring 15-20 manager-level and military-type applicants for 2 different location within Colorado

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional background in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Administration, or Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and exhibit a high degree of administration
