Accounts Payable Specialist with strong NetSuite and Excel skills needed for fulltime position.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting strongly preferred
Hybrid schedule 3 days in office 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

- Oversees processing of accounts payable, vendor maintenance, and expense reimbursements
- Partners with other departments to determine path forward for returned/voided checks
- Researches aged payables to resolution
- Cross train with Staff Accountant to provide coverage
- Supports department as primary accounting contact overseeing Accounting email inbox
- Assists with external audit requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail oriented
- Experience with NetSuite and bill.com
- Proactive attitude to improve inefficient processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
- Service oriented mindset with other departments
