AP Specialist

SNI has teamed with a valued client in Newport Beach on a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity.  The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for working on a small team to ensure invoices are processed both accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

* The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for initiating wires and ACH transfers.

* The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for handling bank reconciliations.

* The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for general ledger reconciliations.

* The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for initiating ACH transfers and wire transfers.

* The Accounts Payable Specialist must be responsible for processing credit card expenses.  

Compensation and Benefits:
