In this role, you will be part of our very experienced payroll team leading a team of 2 to 4 Payroll Administrators that average 10 years of payroll experience. This is a working Supervisor role in that you will have 1 client you process but mainly lead and assist your team with their clients. This position reports to the Director of Payroll Services. The pay frequencies could vary depending on the client (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly) and there are long term relationships with all clients as our average client contract is 3 years. Each Payroll Administrator will run 1 to 4 clients payrolls depending on size and complexity. This Full Time position focuses on helping their team deliver white glove customer support and accurate payrolls to our clients.
