Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Computer Hardware and Software to staff regarding day to day operations which include but are not limited to:
  • Desk Phones, Cell Phones
  • Tablets, Laptops, Desk Computers
  • Printers, Scanners
  • Software systems such as FileHold, Sage ERP, Microsoft Office, Windows 7 & 10
  • Track customer issues and resolve issues working with IT Director and/or software/hardware support if available
  • Create, schedule, maintain Crystal Reports connecting to SQL Databases
  • Work with Active Directory creating users and resetting passwords


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as Help Desk Professional
  • A+ Certified (Desired)
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in report creation using Crystal Reports and SQL Databases (Desired)
  • Excellent communication skills


Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 /hour
