Job Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders by reviewing the information for discrepancies and transcribe the data into our system to produce work orders
  • Maintains PO Accounts information confidential
  • Verify information entered for accuracy by reviewing, editing and eliminating duplicate data
  • Transfer data from paper formats in databases and update existing data
  • Managing small scale projects
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system and records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Construction industry highly desired
  • Experience with Sage 300 software and general ledger systems highly desired
  • Experience with Purchase Orders
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross?functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
