Job Description

We are looking for an AP Administrator to cover a 6 month contract assignment for our client in Tewksbury. The right candidate will be reliable, have a strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Perform all aspects of the accounts payable cycle in a timely and accurate manner
  • Domestic and International Expense processing
  • Data entry of accounts payables
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices
  • Ensure accurate GL coding on all accounts payable invoices
  • Identify, reconcile and resolve payable discrepancies
  • Responds to and resolves vendor inquires
  • Maintains accounts payable records in an organized manner
  • Responsible for filing of invoices
  • Supports financial month/quarter/year end close
  • Review and process bi-weekly vendor payments
  • Provides support to some accounts receivables
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
